How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5โ8 business days. Express shipping (2โ3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, New Zealand and most Asia Pacific Countries. Delivery times vary by location, international orders typically arrive within 7โ14 business days. All payments are in $AUD.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $50. Orders under $50 incur a flat $9.95 fee. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated in a few days?
Tracking can occasionally stall during transit, especially at customs for international orders. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, contact our support team and we’ll investigate.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes need to be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Email us as soon as possible at info@chargeadaptau.com and we’ll do our best to help. The goods are shipped direct from the manufacturers express delivery to your address.
My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
First, check around your property and with neighbors, couriers sometimes leave parcels in safe spots. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll raise an investigation with the carrier.
What happens if there’s a shipping delay?
Delays can happen due to peak periods, weather, or carrier issues. You’ll receive a notification if your estimated delivery window changes. You can always check your tracking link for the latest status.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, for standard shipping within Australia. Express and international deliveries require a physical address.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale unless the product is faulty.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@chargeadaptau.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (Australian orders) and instructions within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days of us receiving the returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.
